I never thought I’d show my face online—or speak English on camera with my Danish accent. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized how much I want to model for my girls that I’m not afraid of challenges, and that I’m willing to try new things if they look fun.

So, I started my YouTube channel: Hygge and Homeschool.

And you guys—it is so much fun! I’ve never had a creative outlet quite like this before. From planning my content and writing bullet scripts, to designing playlist covers in Canva, I’ve loved every step of the process. It’s been exciting, joyful, and such a rewarding way to combine creativity with homeschooling life.

Even better? My oldest, Mathilde, has been with me from the very beginning. She’s watched me create and experiment, and now she’s inspired to start something of her own too. That part makes me the proudest—it shows her that creativity, courage, and play don’t have an age limit.
